Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary
Generation W Inc, a nonprofit service organization, seeks an Executive Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Office of the CEO. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, managing emails, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, including calendar management, material preparation, summarizing meeting deliverables, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by offering assistance to team members as needed.
- Support various organizational projects and events, ensuring they are on track and deadlines are met.
- Manage contact lists, partner databases, and ensure sponsorship records are updated regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative and/or support role for an executive.
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
- Strong proficiency with technology.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and highly effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating travel and managing complex schedules.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative environment.
