About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
