Responsabilidades:
Reclutar, contratar y motivar a técnicos de servicio móvil calificados. Asistir en el desarrollo y la mentoría de técnicos con el apoyo del liderazgo regional.
Realizar todas las funciones necesarias de diagnóstico y documentación en el sistema informático de la empresa.
Recibir a los clientes y comunicar de manera clara y profesional cualquier cambio en las reparaciones que afecte los costos y/o las expectativas de entrega.

Programar a los técnicos móviles para el trabajo de reparación diario que coincida con su nivel de habilidad para garantizar calidad, así como programar tiempo libre.

Proporcionar soporte técnico a los técnicos cuando sea necesario.
Asegurarse de que las reparaciones se facturen correctamente, es decir, reparaciones de garantía y/o políticas.
Verificar el progreso (W-I-P) de cada orden de reparación a lo largo del día.
Mantener reparaciones de servicio de alta calidad y minimizar las devoluciones. Realizar controles periódicos de trabajos completados para verificar exhaustividad y calidad. Realizar verificaciones de calidad en trabajos completados, o verificar con el técnico o la documentación que el técnico entrega.
Comprender y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de garantía y políticas del fabricante.
Asegurarse de que todos los empleados del departamento reciban la capacitación adecuada del fabricante.
Establecer y mantener un programa de seguimiento al cliente para confirmar la satisfacción del cliente con su experiencia de servicio.
