Sales Director

State Farm is committed to being good neighbors and helping people in our communities. We're seeking a Sales Leader to drive territory growth and develop new agents in the Cincinnati West territory.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, insurance/financial services, and business development. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan, consulting with agents on sales/marketing goals, and identifying opportunities to positively influence market maximization.
The Sales Leader will also be responsible for recruiting new agents, developing and deploying operating budgets, and working with market area leadership to select new agents.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to drive growth and maximize market potential.
- Consult with agents on sales/marketing goals and opportunities to positively influence market maximization.
- Identify and recommend options to address agents' business challenges and market opportunities.
- Develop and deploy operating budgets for territory sales and marketing efforts.
- Work with market area leadership to select new agents and develop a quality candidate pool.
Qualifications
- Insurance/financial services sales leadership experience.
- Strong industry knowledge beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrated results in sales recruiting.
- Experience in leading a team to achieve exceptional results and obtaining results through others.
- Business development and consulting experience.
- Ability to influence others and communicate complex problems in simple terms.
