We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative - Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at Empire Today.
About the Role:This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to provide in-home flooring estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through self-generated leads and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional, knowledgeable, and personalized support to customers.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and sales techniques.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
- Presentation skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Uncapped commission earnings, paid weekly.

- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
$50,000 - $70,000 per year (average), with top performers earning over $100,000 annually.
