Client Support Associate

We are a leading sales and business development firm in the Pittsburgh area, representing top clients in the telecommunications industry. Our goal is to ensure our clients achieve maximum brand visibility and customer engagement. As the entry-level Client Support Representative, you will work closely with clients and customers to promote our clients' brands, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to promote our clients' brands, products, and services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and confidently answer any inquiries
- Report customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, providing feedback on areas of improvement
- Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPI's to maximize sales and drive revenue
- Adhere to our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process
- Draft and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills
We provide in-house training and the necessary tools and resources to help our entry-level Client Support Representatives succeed. Desired skills and qualifications include:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Eager to improve current skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally
- Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and teammates
- Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus
