Job Overview

At Board International, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and expansion of our channel sales strategy. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to increase revenue through strategic partnerships and support the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive incremental revenue through existing partners and professional services firms.
  • Expand our partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new partners that align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with country management and sales teams to build and execute strategy and execution plans.
  • Prospect and execute lead generation campaigns through partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with professional services to implement partner training and enablement programs.
  • Define and implement strategies to assist partners in ensuring customer success.
  • Work closely with international peers on partner-related delivery and support aspects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior channel management role, preferably in the enterprise software sales industry.
  • Proven track record of experience in BI/CPM is a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with large regional services firms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
