We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth in the Northern California marketplace. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share.

The Opportunity

This role involves managing all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close in the San Francisco Bay Area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing referral sources and identifying new clients that match our business profile
  • Ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for our practice
  • Originating new business, developing and leveraging referral sources, and converting cold leads into qualified prospects

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in new business development, marketing products in a business-to-business context, and negotiating with multiple decision makers on complex sales. You should also have a proven track record of consistently achieving aggressive sales objectives and possess strong business development and negotiation skills.
