Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Technical Mailing Functions: Develop and maintain mailing job specifications, ensuring seamless integration with customer applications.
  • Process and Maintain Records: Manage mailing lists, postage costs, and statistics, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Review and Manipulate Client Data: Ensure accurate and relevant data flows for digital print jobs, guaranteeing high-quality output.
  • Administer Data Planning and Development: Establish policies and procedures for data management, security, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Modify, Convert, and Merge Documents: Utilize Quadient Inspire Automation, Quadient Inspire Online Approval, and Quadient Content Manager (ICM) to streamline document processing and management.
  • Verify Output and Distribute Information: Ensure accuracy and relevance of input and output data, distributing information to relevant departments as needed.
  • Follow Standard Work Processes: Adhere to established procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness in master files and support tools.
  • Propose and Implement Enhancements: Identify opportunities for improvement, implementing automation and enhancements to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Customers and Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external customers to provide current solutions, meet client needs, and continually improve data management offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in programming and/or database management, with advanced knowledge of variable data programs, postal software, and data table structure.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, problem-solving, and experience with Quadient Inspire Automation, Quadient Inspire Online Approval, and Quadient Content Manager (ICM).
