As a Quadient Document Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's success by implementing technical mailing functions, processing records, and administering data planning and development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Technical Mailing Functionality: Implement mailing job specifications, process records, and maintain statistics and reports.
  • Data Management: Review and manipulate client data files, integrate data to digital print jobs, and administer data planning and development.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Modify, convert, and merge documents, organize and maintain databases, and sort and analyze incoming/outgoing records.
  • Quality Control: Verify output against control totals, review format and accuracy of printouts, and distribute information to relevant departments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal and external customers to improve data management offerings, provide current solutions, and communicate key developments to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of programming and/or database management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Quadient Inspire, HP Dialogue, XMPie, postal software programs, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts, problem-solve, and interact with internal and external customers.
