Key Responsibilities:
  • Design tailored programs to fulfill customer business goals
  • Facilitate the effective implementation of Videra Health's platform
  • Address and resolve critical customer situations
  • Conduct business evaluations to promote successful product utilization
  • Enhance revenue from current accounts
  • Establish connections with key stakeholders and advocate for Videra Health
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Create tools and best practices for internal operations and customer value
  • Offer technical assistance to troubleshoot errors and configuration challenges
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the healthcare field
  • Experience in client-facing roles within professional services, managed services, or software organizations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English, with conversational Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required
