Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the US Rare Disease Organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and building collaborative relationships with physicians and clinics in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent UCB in the communities we serve and strive to transform the lives of those living with Rare Diseases.
- Master brand messaging, targeting, and digital technology to deliver persuasive, high-impact customer experiences tailored to distinct user segments.
- Consistently exceed territory sales objectives while operating with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting a thorough understanding of the local market conditions.
- Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on the various tools and resources UCB offers to support physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of field-based experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare, inclusive of 5+ years in a competitive specialty market segment
- 6+ years of rare disease experience
- Field experience with Buy-and-Bill medical benefits, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models
- Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance and achievement in top 30% nationally
- Experience/involvement in successful product launches
