Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nursing Assistant to join our team at Richmond Beach Rehab LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure residents' personal care needs are met in accordance with their wishes.
  • Review care plans daily to identify any changes in residents' daily care routines.
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor to update their care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and social programs, and transportation to appointments.
  • Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and make them comfortable.
  • Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
  • Effectively communicate necessary resident information to Charge Nurses, Director of Nursing, and/or Administrator.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active Registered Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
