Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team at Zero Impact Energy. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and updates in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role is required.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation in previous roles.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in our office in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to our office and work in a fast-paced environment.
