Clientele and Service Management

  • Lead a culture focused on client satisfaction, including resolution of customer service issues and empowerment of sales and operations associates
  • Ensure associates deliver goals for CRM data capture and clientele rapport building
  • Execute proactive strategic outreach to position and realize future sales opportunities and exceed customer expectations

Talent Training and Development

  • Recruit top candidates for all positions, focusing on hiring talent that embodies the spirit and standards of the David Yurman brand
  • Develop and motivate staff through clear communication, goal setting, and regular coaching opportunities
  • Lead succession planning by training and developing store management team

Requirements

  • 5+ years retail sales management experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Client-centric leader with exceptional clientele and customer relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on motivating talent to achieve goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage high volume and inventory with an emphasis on driving results
