Copeland Chevrolet Hudson is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with customers and drive your career forward.

Earn a Competitive Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a unique blend of hourly pay, overtime, commissions, and accessory sales bonuses. Our excellent pay plan allows top performers to achieve their earning potential.

  • Build customer relationships and create loyalty through exceptional service
  • Greet customers, guide them through the sales process, and find vehicles that meet their needs
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and close deals while overcoming objections
  • Follow up with unsold and sold customers to maximize opportunities for sale or referral business
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outgoing, dependable, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Enthusiasm, high energy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Persuasive abilities to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Basic business math skills, including percentages
  • Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
