Senior Patient Service Representative

The Senior Patient Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support. This role requires a high level of expertise in patient relations, communication, and registration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide positive patient relations and accurate telephone communication
- Schedule appointments and complete patient registration
- Collect patient payments and reconcile payments
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Coordinate administrative support activities, including facilities management and patient billing
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, physicians, and departments
- Participate in lean management processes and detail, monitor, and update department-specific data
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Three (3) years of Patient Service Representative or Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient medical office setting required
