A successful applicant will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to build reliable relationships in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish all projects by reviewing contracts for billing specifications and requirements.
2. Set up and maintain precise AIA billing and CCIP reporting.
3. Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of monthly pay applications.
4. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
5. Foster strong working relationships with project managers and general contractor counterparts.
6. Provide and request necessary documentation, including insurance certificates and lien releases.
7. Monitor collection reports to ensure timely cash flow.
8. Maintain compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
9. Utilize computer systems to generate reports and perform high-volume data entry.
10. Assist with accounting audits as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Construction Accounting environment.
2. Ability to process high volumes of data with precision.
3. Capability to work collaboratively across functions.
4. Punctual and reliable.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Exceptional accounting skills.
7. Consistent work history.
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
10. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
11. Professional demeanor.
12. Degree in Accounting preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Job Type:
Full-time position with weekly salary payments.
