Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at International Shoppes, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Model and hold team members accountable for outstanding customer service, actively listening to customer issues to resolve problems, and ensuring the team follows core standards for the selling floor and cash wrap.
  • Sales: Drive the planning and execution of sales events, tastings, and omni-channel initiatives, supporting the team to achieve increased profitability and sales.
  • Merchandising & Visual Execution: Own the selling floor set process, merchandising, and core standards, actively walking the selling floor and strategizing with the team to plan and execute all merchandising and visual elements.
  • People: Select a team of qualified selling-focused associates, build a bench for future advancements and promotions, and ensure supervisors are conducting daily roll calls.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years retail management experience
  • Retail operations knowledge, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
  • Staff development experience, including staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and POS Systems
  • Must be flexible with schedule, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts mandatory
  • Must present a professional appearance at all times
  • Must be team-oriented
  • Must participate in semi-annual inventory
  • Must pass airport security background check
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
