Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process monthly rental invoices, manage payment ledgers, resolve disputes, and gather documentation to support payments and credits.
- Input credit and debit transactions into the lease management system.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly and weekly rent.
- Track, collect, review, and approve reconciliations for Common Area Maintenance, Taxes, Insurance, and Utilities.
- Conduct desktop audits and resolve disputes with landlords.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to information requests.
- Analyze and communicate lease terms to address discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Review new leases, amendments, and related documents to maintain the integrity of the lease management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with company processes.
- Assist in preparing lease documentation and collecting insurance certificates to confirm company coverage.
- Monitor and report on lease data and important dates.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation to complete files.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with commercial leases and relevant legal terminology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Expected Base Pay: $35.00 per hour.
