Career Opportunity: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish speech and language treatment goals
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to create tailored treatment plans
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and co-treats, as therapeutically appropriate
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing to ensure exceptional care
• Design play-based and goal-oriented interventions to develop receptive and expressive language skills
• Facilitate engaging experiences to target and achieve individualized goals
• Develop strategies to support communication across settings
• Collaborate with families to understand their values, interests, and goals
• Implement programming that considers the child's unique needs, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities
• Contribute to program development
• Educate patients, families, and team members on home programs that complement treatment
• Deliver at least 26 hours of direct patient care per week, excluding training, documentation, and administrative meetings

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree, licensure to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist in California, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for working with children. The base pay range for this position is $87,111 to $108,888 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
