Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our growing team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering speech and language treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
The successful candidate will provide individual therapy sessions, group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate, and maintain patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies that cater to each child's unique needs. Your passion for working with children and your expertise in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products, will be invaluable assets to our team.
Responsibilities- Establish speech and language treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools
- Consult closely with multi-disciplinary team members to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies
- Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate
- Maintain patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy
- Collaborate with the individual and family to understand their values, interests, and goals
- Implement programming that considers all aspects of the child, inclusive of sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities
- Completed master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Holds a Speech-Language Pathology Required Professional Experience (RPE) temporary license in the state of California
- Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting
- Flexible and open to learning, with a willingness to adapt to new approaches and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $87,111 to $88,200, depending on qualifications and experience.
