We are a leading provider of evidence-based, family-oriented autism therapies. Our mission is to empower children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.

Salary: $22-$27.50 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy to children and families in need of support. You will teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your creativity and playfulness to engage children in therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment data on child program goals
  • Ensure client safety and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework or currently enrolled in college courses
  • At least 6 months of paid working experience with children, volunteer program with kids, or ABA experience
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus
