Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a dynamic member of our team, you will work closely with our therapists, psychologists, and medical professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities
  • Establish speech and language treatment goals through standardized assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create customized treatment plans and integrative strategies.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
  • Develop play-based and goal-based interventions to enhance receptive and expressive language skills while considering sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences.
  • Design functional and stimulating experiences to target and achieve individualized goals.
  • Implement strategies and supports to facilitate communication experiences across settings.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their values, interests, and goals.
  • Contribute to program development and educational initiatives.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist in the state of California.
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An appreciation for evidence-based practices and continuing education.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,111 to $108,888 annually, based on your experience, qualifications, and location. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
