Randstad is partnering with a well-established, locally owned company to hire a Payroll/HR Administrator. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for payroll processing, HR administration, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing and administration
  • HR administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Record-keeping and data management
  • Collaboration with the HR Manager and other departments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
