About the Role

The Assistant Manager is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant management.
  • Work closely with the Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals, drive sales growth, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure strict safety and sanitation standards are maintained, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement effective marketing strategies, drive guest engagement, and promote the restaurant's brand.
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, accounting, and administrative reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and climb stairs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
