Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the logistical and financial planning for all original productions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and personnel involved in production.
- Address challenges, mediate conflicts, and proactively resolve production-related issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and programming innovations.
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in television, film, or content management.
- At least 10 years of experience within the Entertainment Industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of live, documentary, scripted, and reality television formats.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, including external vendors and freelancers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by production schedules.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for business purposes.
