Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Custom Experience Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our Member Service model, you will be responsible for delivering a Concierge-level experience to our customers, ensuring they feel understood, appreciated, and loved.

Responsibilities
  • Curate wine selections based on taste, preconception, and nostalgia
  • Ensure every customer feels heard by getting them a quick response to any questions they have
  • Pick up the phone and talk to customers, listening to them and letting them know you care
  • Learn from customers every day
  • Work with the rest of the Custom Experience team on compiling insights and data-driven reports that inform future buying decisions
  • Drive forward new and creative ways to give our members a one-of-a-kind, custom experience
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • At least 2 years of experience in wine, preferably natural wine
