LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development and implementation of critical projects for a medical solutions company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of customer-focused solutions while optimizing internal processes.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across program management, product development, and implementation to support project timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with account management and operations teams to evaluate and improve internal systems and workflows.
  • Customer Account Management: Partner with account management to develop and execute strategic customer account plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality, clinical, risk management, and engineering teams to define and implement quality control, improvement, and risk management systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and external projects, track, report, and manage all project milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree - required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on solution delivery - required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, experience running Agile Scrums, and familiarity with Asana, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address obstacles to project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience in enhancing continuous quality improvement systems across various projects.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in leveraging project management tools to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Certifications: PMP certification (preferred).
