About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and evaluating top technical talent for open positions
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer extension, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates
  • Utilizing various platforms and tools to source and engage with passive candidates
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and responsibilities, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical candidates
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and candidates
  • Experience with ATS systems, with a preference for Greenhouse
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, with a target compensation range of $55-$100 USD per hour, depending on level, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and location zone. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of three stages: Introduction, Team Interview, and Final Interview. Each stage will last approximately 30 minutes, and will be conducted by a member of our team. We will also conduct a background check and reference check as part of the hiring process.
