Job Title: Technical Project Manager

At PeopleLogic, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications using MERN.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and contribute to architecture and technology decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for code quality and maintainability.
  • Bridge communication between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers in the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the engineering team.
  • Play a key role in sprint planning, estimating, and technical delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Supply chain domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing high-performance application systems.
  • Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Experience working with databases (MySQL/MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of Unit Test frameworks.
  • Experience in Cloud Technology like AWS/Azure/Google.
  • Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, guide technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
