Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing vital administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Manage office client data and maintain records
  • Implement administrative procedures in line with firm policies
  • Provide assistance to local service teams
  • Support logistics for networking, education, and training events

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate the client acceptance process and necessary approvals
  • Draft engagement letters and client invoices
  • Prepare deliverables including reports and proposals
  • Organize calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and compile meeting materials
  • Manage professional correspondence
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Exhibit professionalism in addressing sensitive matters
  • Perform general clerical tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe software
  • Capable of managing priorities and workflows
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels
