Job Overview

We are a dynamic environmental and demolition company looking to fill the position of Estimator.


Key Responsibilities

The Estimator will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers to determine project manpower needs.
  • Providing accurate bids in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local hazardous materials regulations.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience in conducting site visits.
  • Strong organizational skills to assemble and deliver bids promptly.
  • A positive attitude and capability to lead and work within a team.
  • Motivation and a strong work ethic.

Position Details

This is an hourly non-exempt role with travel primarily across New England job sites. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.


Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Completed OSHA 10 or higher construction training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local hazardous materials policies.
  • A background in construction is preferred.
