Accounting Roles Available
  • Office Manager
    • Responsible for daily accounting supervision and various accounting duties and projects
    • Manage and oversee accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Car Deal Biller
    • Post car deal sales into the general ledger
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Title Clerk
    • Prepare dealer paperwork for the DMVs
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Accounts Payable
    • Post incoming invoices and subsequent payment
    • Manage and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Cash deposits and reconciliation
    • Manage and reconcile customer accounts
  • General Accountant
    • Responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
  • Experience with Auto Dealerships
