Job Overview

Phil Long KIA is seeking a skilled Recon Technician to join our team. As a Recon Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing used vehicles for sale by performing mechanical repairs and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnoses and repairs on vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards
  • Inspect vehicles to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Communicate with the service advisor to ensure accurate repair orders and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field
  • Manufacturer training and ASE certifications a plus
  • Valid driver's license
