About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in business and industry catering.
  • City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols related to food.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, as interaction with clients is essential.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and the capability to prepare high-quality seasonal dishes.
