Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define organizational goals, implement policies, and guarantee effective leadership across all sectors.
Oversee financial health in collaboration with the finance committee, managing budgets, resource distribution, and financial outcomes.
Partner with the executive team to formulate and implement strategic plans, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
Lead talent acquisition and management, executing effective recruitment and development strategies, and supervising HR functions.
Establish performance benchmarks and conduct evaluations with input from the Board of Directors.
Enhance community relations and manage volunteer engagement, nurturing a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Expand and maintain educational initiatives aimed at diverse audiences, including students, families, and community organizations.
Advocate for animal welfare by raising awareness and supporting humane treatment, including participation in legislative changes.
