Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the assessment and care of clinic patients under the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Document patient information thoroughly in the electronic health record at every visit.
- Maintain a clean environment and administer injections using the 7 patient administration rights.
- Provide timely call backs to patients and assist with referrals as needed.
- Respond to daily email communications and participate in daily team huddles.
- Interact positively with the healthcare delivery team and educate patients on their care.
- License to work as an LPN in the State of South Carolina.
- LPN Associate degree/diploma.
- BLS certification.
- Six to twelve months experience in a community health center or family practice setting is strongly preferred.
