Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee experience, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent management needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide HR support for employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Partner with HR Talent Management to develop and implement talent development programs.
  • Support the development of business cases for HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
What We Offer

IMA Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
