At HireIO, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and policies.
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and address inquiries related to workplace policies.
    • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
    • Help facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers and employees.
    • Support the development and tracking of employee development plans.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and assist in the development of employee training programs.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
    • Provide information to employees about benefits programs and assist with enrollment.
  • HR Data and Reporting:
    • Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a diverse environment.
