Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nurse Graduate to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical Center Baltimore Washington. As a Nurse Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses in patient status evaluation by reporting vital signs and response to nursing actions.
  • Administer medications under the direct supervision of an RN.
  • Perform CPR as needed and follow institutional infection control guidelines.
  • Implement established institutional/unit policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Completion of initial examination within 90 days of graduating from the nursing program.
