Position Summary
Shifts Available: Night (7P-7A)
Sign-On Bonus: $10 for New Graduates
- Upon successful completion of a structured staff development program, which includes a competency evaluation, the nurse graduate will be able to perform and document routine procedures as taught in their nursing education.
- Support the Registered Nurse in assessing patient conditions by accurately reporting vital signs and responses to nursing interventions.
- Administer medications under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse; independent medication administration is not permitted.
- Provide CPR as necessary.
- Adhere to institutional infection control protocols.
- Implement established policies and procedures to maintain patient safety.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- For those completing the initial licensure examination, testing must occur within the designated timeframe following graduation.
