Position Summary

Shifts Available: Night (7P-7A)

Sign-On Bonus: $10 for New Graduates

  • Upon successful completion of a structured staff development program, which includes a competency evaluation, the nurse graduate will be able to perform and document routine procedures as taught in their nursing education.
  • Support the Registered Nurse in assessing patient conditions by accurately reporting vital signs and responses to nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse; independent medication administration is not permitted.
  • Provide CPR as necessary.
  • Adhere to institutional infection control protocols.
  • Implement established policies and procedures to maintain patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • For those completing the initial licensure examination, testing must occur within the designated timeframe following graduation.
