As a key leader at Developmental Foundations, the Residential Manager will be responsible for overseeing Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) to ensure a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members.
- Manage and authorize staff schedules and payroll documentation.
- Oversee financial objectives and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate effective communication among staff and address any issues to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the clinical services team to deliver exceptional care to clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience in a CILA, long-term care, or similar residential environment.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Preferred: ADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
