About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on medication management and other health-related topics
