Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Club Bell Person at Marriott International. As a Club Bell Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort Residence owners, vendors, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist Residence owners, guests, and visitors with entering and leaving the property, including assisting with transporting groceries, luggage, and packages.
- Supply Residence owners, guests, and visitors with directions and information as requested.
- Assist in maintaining a clear drive on the Residences entrance and direct moving and delivery personnel to the loading dock.
- Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure smooth vehicle movement and resolve any issues related to vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas.
- Polish luggage carts and maintain their cleanliness.
- Ensure clear passage into the building and car drop-off area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No related work experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform other reasonable job duties.
