AP Specialist Job Summary

Atlantica is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely payment of vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal clients to process payables on time and in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in reviewing and updating accounts payable procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving emergencies or escalated issues
  • Help the team meet performance targets and goals
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships through excellent customer service
  • Maintain SOX controls, company policies, and procedures
  • Assist with month-end activity, including accruals
