Addison Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing multi-company invoices and contract/trade partner payments, as well as assisting with weekly check runs and reviewing and organizing existing 20-Day Preliminary Notices. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining vendor files and assisting in training new Accounts Payable Specialists.

Responsibilities:

* Process multi-company invoices and contract/trade partner payments
* Process daily overhead expenses and priority disbursement requests
* Assist with weekly check runs
* Review and organize existing 20-Day Preliminary Notices
* Set up and maintain vendor files
* Assist in training new Accounts Payable Specialists

Requirements:

* Experience with invoice automation and within the construction industry
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
