Job Overview

Fulfill a key role in Finelli Consulting Engineers as a Geospatial Project Lead.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled surveyor to lead our survey crew and be responsible for the survey work on projects for private and public sector clients.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $68,100-$113,500 per annum. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a warm and collaborative work environment that supports employees' continual success, career development, and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform construction stakeout and calculations, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
  • Coordinate project requirements with team members
  • Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
  • Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in geospatial surveying
  • Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
  • Proficiency with GPS and Total Station
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Ability to manage/direct field crews
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Possess organizational and communication skills
