We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Data Collector to join our team at NESC Staffing. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for performing construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA, and topo surveys.

About the Role

In this role, you will coordinate project requirements with team members and manage survey projects, maintaining project budgets. You will also prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in surveying is required.
  • Professional Survey Licensure is required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months.
  • Proficiency with GPS and Total Station is essential.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • You must have the ability to manage/direct field crew.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel Outlook) is necessary.

As a Geospatial Data Collector with NESC Staffing, you can expect a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
