In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the upkeep of our Cardlock fuel stations in the Tacoma WA area, adhering to our brand standards and creating a positive first impression for customers.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on pumps, facilities, and associated equipment at unattended Cardlock fueling stations.
Perform site compliance inspections and rectify deficiencies in the following areas:
- Fuel dispensers, including security seals, hoses, nozzles, and filters;
- Required signage, imaging, painting, and lighting;
- Site cleanliness, including trash and spill cleanup.
Assist third-party operators with site compliance testing and calibration.
Complete daily work logs to fulfill all requirements for State and Regional Agencies.
Adhere to all State Environmental and Fire Marshall Regulations.
Execute special projects as necessary.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Job Requirements:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; along with two years of relevant experience and/or training;

Preferred: A minimum of two years of experience in the compliance and/or maintenance of fuel facilities, large commercial properties, or multi-unit properties.

Preferred: A minimum of two years of experience in a role requiring personal protective equipment and clothing; operating in safety-sensitive functions, outdoor environments, areas with traffic, and locations potentially involving fuel.

Proficient in Microsoft software and computer/tablet usage, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer (or equivalent).
State A/B operator certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Various OSHA Certifications to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record required at the time of hire.
